The New Mexico Clean Fuels Coalition is a broad stakeholder group of organizations that support a market-based approach to decarbonize transportation. Our membership reflects the diverse technologies that can deliver clean fuel solutions that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and thereby slow climate change, improve air quality, and provide jobs and economic benefits.
Our members include the full range of low carbon fuel producers and technologies including electricity, biodiesel, renewable diesel, ethanol, renewable dimethyl ether (rDME), renewable propane , renewable natural gas, direct air capture, and green hydrogen. While some of our individual members support specific recommendations relating to clean fuel standard legislation, the Coalition’s shared message is one of strong support for New Mexico’s adoption of a market-driven and science-based clean fuel standard.
